AUSTIN'S POWER RANKINGS (not ordered within tiers)

My Two Dads (0-2) - I agree with Chas. They stay here (at least) until they win one. Way too volatile + not enough talent. Sorry guys, it's just true.

The Brotherhood (0-2) - Allowing 100 points will do it, even if you're without Manny. Just way too lackadaisical on defense, and though the shots were falling, is that sustainable?

Three-Headed Monster (0-2) - Still really like this team, but reports from game 4 weren't pretty. They might have nights like this, but I still believe this team, when rolling, will be tough to beat. But vulnerable, for sure.

Numb Numb 7uice (1-1) - Shot selection, shot selection, shot selection. Needs to be so much better. I think they'll figure it out, but there really seems to be no strategy or intention out there.

A Ref's Revenge (2-0) - Took care of biz against the cellar dwellers, but they look incredibly shaky on the offensive end. They will get exposed and lose soon unless they can be more efficient on the offensive end. Liked the progress that both Etheridge and KD made in week 2

Team McGirrthy (2-0) Essentially, I forgot a couple of things. Lefty and Civale is an incredibly dynamic tandem, and Weinstein can ball/is the perfect compliment to their 1st two options. Looking like a smartly-built team now that I've seen them in action.

Cleared for Takeoff (1-1) Joel + Pollock -- there was preseason talk about how well they might play together, and we saw that in week 2. They'll probably have nights where they struggle with matchups, etc. But come playoff time, I love this roster.

The Best Hair (2-0) - Can't argue with results, and two strong wins to start the season means The Best Hair is in the best tier. What a passing team this is, with Gans, Leblanc, and Kap wreaking havoc. Oh, and they can all shoot, too.

Outstanding write ups Austin, I know it is not easy to do especially having been out of the league for so long. Hopefully it'll make the return that much sweeter.

I don't have any trash talk now. Still a great balance of talent across all teams, should be a fight to the end

Good work Austin. Write up are always appreciated no matter when you get them posted. We were able to just wear them out. Pretty much what we plan to do to most teams.
