After a 1 season hiatus, we are ramping the Franchise A league back up at the MLK Jr School! Once again this is our top level draft league. Anyone that played in the Winter 2018 or Fall 2017 Franchise league is guaranteed a spot in the league if they want it. Because of the lacksidasical updates/enforcement of payment deadlines for this league last season (yes I'm looking in the mirror, how'd you know) we will be holding firm to ALL deadlines for the Spring. Therefore on Wednesday 4/25 we will know if this league is happening or not. There won't be a 'wait and see' period this time around.
All offseason dates have been set and I will be taking a look at the Free Agency/Cut Rules as always and probably needlessly tinker with them. All suggestions welcome.
PLEASE NOTE: unless you’ve played in (ie paid for) 3 leagues before you will not be able to hold a spot in more than 2 draft leagues this offseason without payment

Can we also get an update on how free agency will be structured please? I assume all guys that were under contract for last season (the season that never was) will carry that over.

yea that's correct - anyone that was scheduled to be under contract for the Winter 2018 season will still be under contract for the Spring 18 season if they play. All Birds Rights still active and we will do the usual rookie auction for new players followed by free agency for any returning players that have played in the league before
