As long as you turn 30 in-season you are eligible to play in “Over 30” Legends Draft Leagues. They are perfect for players that want to still compete and play basketball, but against players within their own age bracket. All games are played at the MLK Jr School in Cambridge with Covid Guidelines.
4v4 (Franchise B)
Wednesday Nights
Starts May 4th
The Franchise B League will run for the 13th season on Wednesday nights and will be open for players that want the unique experience of the Franchise League at more of a ‘B Draft’ skill level on the court and the offseason will be filled with many decisions for the captains that have to manage payroll, add new players and possibly even make trades or cut players. Individual players in this league earn a ‘salary’ that counts against their captain’s salary cap. Players have the option of playing on the same team for multiple seasons, giving everyone in the league a new layer of strategy and commitment.
4v4 (B Draft)
Wednesday Nights

The (B Draft) 4v4 League is by far the most popular Draft League in the C.A.C. Basketball community as it heads into its 35th season. All teams will be made up of players who like to play basketball, get a run in and to push themselves athletically. All games are played at the MLK Jr School with our Covid Policies.
4v4 (Saturday Draft)
Saturday Mornings
Starts May 8th
It’s hard to imagine CAC Basketball without everyone’s favorite 4v4 weekend rumble. This is another great draft league that is open to ALL players (playing with Covid Guidelines)
5v5 (Draft)
Tuesday Nights or Sunday Afternoons
Starts May 3rd or 8th
The 5v5 Draft League is open to all individual players who want to sign-up for a league, don’t have a squad and want to play on a full size court. This is one of our ‘Average Joe’ leagues where everyone is welcome to sign-up and play, with a good mix of basketball veterans and pick-up players. Games are played with our new Covid Policies. You pick which night of the week you play for the full season.
5v5 (A League)
Thursday nights
Starts May 5th
This is C.A.C.’s top level league and its teams are making another glorious run at immortality. Make no mistake about it, this league is STACKED with many very talented players. Each team has 5-6 former high-level college players and has played together for a few seasons. This league features the best possible competition in the Boston area and will be played with our Covid Guidelines
5v5 (B1 Leagues)
Monday or Tuesday Nights
Starts May 2nd or 3rd
This season there will be 2 “B1” divisions for our top B 5v5 teams from previous seasons that want a step up in competition but not make the jump to “A” League. Like all our leagues, we strive to make them competitive within each division of play. Games will be played at Cabot School in Newton (Mon) or the JFK School in Somerville (Tues) with our Covid Guidelines.
5v5 (B2 Leagues)
Monday Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday Nights
Starts week of May 2nd
This season there will be 4 “B2” divisions of our 5v5 team leagues to ensure that games are being played by teams that are of similar competition levels. Like all our leagues, we strive to make them competitive within each division of play. Games will be played at various locations with our Covid Guidelines.
5v5 (Corporate Leagues)

C.A.C. Basketball is proud to offer the Corporate League for the SPRING 2022 season. If you’re looking to get a group of co-workers together for a little team bonding or just to have some fun, the C.A.C. Corporate League is what you’re looking for. These leagues are well established with a great group of teams (some co-ed), players and staff every season and will be played with our Covid Guidelines
5v5 (Co-Ed Leagues)
Tuesday or Thursday nights
Starts May 3rd and 5th
The Co-Ed League is back! Your team can get all the best that CAC Basketball has to offer (2 officials & a scorekeeper tracking stats and posting write-ups) and teams can now choose between an A and B division. Two women are required on the floor at all times for each team and we believe this will give the league a true co-ed vibe while still allowing as many teams as possible to participate in the league. This league is going to have all the same rules and regulations as our other CAC Basketball leagues with an You can sign-up as an individual or with a full team for this league
