Apparently due to a top-heavy Snake Draft, Vandelay Industries seemed to win this title on Draft Day....they look like a very stacked team with no unathletic dude wearing Rec Specs or overweight dead weight to be found.
No, Ian, I'm not calling you overweight or making fun of Kenney for wearing contacts (do you?), but this was clearly an uphill battle for Simon Says.
They were only down 37-28 at the break after Begley brought out ANGRY HOPP with a couple of missed calls. Hopp did well to hit from deep but no one was hitting FTs on Simon Says while Condon, Yancy, Pirman and company came back the other way and kept getting high percentage shots.
VI are the regional champions. They'll face the winner of 5v5 Draft East on 7pm on 12/13 at the YMCA.
