The Water Bears 53 7th Floor Crew 70
Riding the wave of a buzzer-beating win in the semis, 7th Floor Crew had no intentions of losing the B1 Final.
Water Bears had their own plan with Opp shadowing Sheehan and he held him in check for the most part in the first half as the 7FC star was happyto defer and Salis created offense out of nothing at times. The key to breaking WB's defensive strategy was probably secret big man sniper Rob Wennington, who hit 2 3s at key teams and started a big run with his 2nd triple.
Salis added an and-1 and Simoni scored to cap a 12-0 run that made it 53-36, forced a Bears timeout and pretty much confirmed the game as over. Bears made one little push to trim the defict but weren't within 15 when we got under 2 mins and that certainly seals it. Congrats to the 7th Floor Crew on a B1 Title.
