Saus Escape with Win Over RSM
SAUS 55 RSM US LLP 53

With the game going back and forth from start to finish it was anyone's ball game for most of the game. Burke (28 pts.) put on a scoring banaza and had a lot of huslte making bid shots early. Fecher showed his outside present with a nice deep three point shot with a minute left in the first half that shocked everyone. It was amazen to see little big man Lol Kuo (9 pts) shoot his floater over the big man of RSM twice in the lane. Kuo just needs to watch and work on his defense. Way too many fouls called on him as he was in foul trouble before the half with 4 total Lol.  RSM would get to the line early due to the fouling done by Saus and was in the one and one with 12 mins left in the first half. Waldoch was a monster on the boards and pulled down 10 strong ones. Great game for Saus to learn from and get better as it's not going to get any easier going forward. Good Luck SAUS!!!

Steam Boats Keep Steaming along with win over Sureshank

I'm guessing it not good to get Tang (15 pts.) of Steam Boats madd when he tring to post you up as he muscles Sam C.  (4 pts.) of Redemption for his first foul of the game. Sam eventually fouls out of the game. Whne Jordan got his fourth foul I thought Redemption would make a come back but that was not in the cards. Though I did wonder why Jordan would throw a behind the back pass with the game close??? That didn't cost them the game either.

Sureshank's Chris C. (16 pts.) did all he could to help his team get the win but ended up just keeping the game from being a blow out. Now when I say he did all he could I really mean he did all he could. Even yelling BALL!!! BALL!!! BALL!!! in everyones ear didn't work. But definite A for Afford here. After having a horriable game last week Aaron S. (6 pts.) was able to get a couple of 3's to fall in the second half prob should have got another chance for a heat check. We will have to see how they recover in the off season. Good luck fellas!!

BeanTown Take Beat Down In 2nd Half and Secure Lost

Taking the lead into the 2nd half 27 to 22 Beantown was poised to get the win. All they needed to do was maintain their agressiveness and make buckets. This apparently was easier said then done as the Beantown Ballers found everyway to blow the game and Hunter (5 pts) said it best "We are going to steal this one" After being harrassed by Joe D. (0 pts.) about the foul count for Beantown and complaining to his team he is not getting enough shots I was not in the mood and usually would shrug it off. That was not the case tonight as I need to make sure it was understood I will not be disrespected. The count is what the count is and the game should continue once confirmed.  Now with the vending done lets move back to the game comments. The game would go back and fourth in the last minutes of regulation. I'm thinking maybe if this one will go to overtime. However this was not to be when Larry (8 pts) blow two fouls shots giving Hale all they needed to close the game out. Chimmy (2 pts) has a chance to be the hero as well but that attempt fell short.

Note to Beantown:   You have way too many player to get any chemistry going and should problably shorten the roster. Big shout to Melson (0 pts) for being the team player and sitting out while other played in his stead. Though he problaby should have got more minutes cause the boy game has improved. Keep working young fella!!

Oilers Spoils Swampdogs Chances for a Chip

In a game that on paper looked even was not so much once it got going it was obvious early as the half time score was 40 to 24 Oilers. To Swampdogs credit the Oilers were making big shots early and Iethro (16 pts) was an outside force along with Chaz (29 pts) It was going to be a long night for whomever they faced so Swamdogs don't feel bad at all. Chaz's hustle was not matched and it seems scores in the paint was easy for him. Zach (2 pts) was the floor general and I'm sure I shorted him on his assist (5 total) but I unfortnately can't catch all of them so here is your credit.  One of the nicest assist all season was one Dan S. (14 pts.) of the Oils hit a teammate while sitting on the floor. Yancey B. nail a three and was fouled and I thought that would be the turning point to get his team back in the right direction but that was not to be. My boy Nate Dog had 19 points but could have had more if it wasn't for the blown layups and really got up set with the lack of movement by his team. I'm looking for the Swampdogs to revamp their rostor for next season and make a come back. Great season fellas good luck!!
