WTKB Pulls Away Late

Shanks stepped in to give WTKB their double header with 2-Ez forfeiting to get an early start on their 4th of July plans.

WTKB was having trouble separating despite the fact that Shanks was clearly tired after winning a narrow one the game before. It was 27 all at the half and stayed close with Eric providing bigtime defense, swatting a shot above the fans behind the basket at one point.

Savage kept killing it on offense with the confidence to fire threes and the hustle to get buckets down low. WTKB came from behind to tie it at 42 on a 3 from Brendan and then pulled away thanks to some key dimes from Brendan in transition.
