Spring 2019: Corporate 5v5 League Champs: WilmerHale

Great Win For WilmerHale To Move On
    WilmerHale 56 Draft Kings 45

It’s a fast pace game and Steve of Wilmer Hale is controlling the ball well breaking ankles but not finishing enough for his liking. Not much going right for DK to start this game and it appears to be getting worst. They can’t stop Kyle as he is eating them alive from the post and from the outside so I’m not quite sure they know how to stop him. With WTKB sticking around to see results of this one Wilmer is putting on a pretty good show. DK is in bad shape but is trying to fight their way back by some nice shooting from Brandon and Jacob. Kyle is pissed about the non-calls so he gets strong in the post and gets two easy points. It seems to me he can do this anytime he wants and probably should considering they are letting DK back in the game. Phil finally stops complaining and got strong with the ball going to the hoop for two. Jacob is feeling really good about himself after scoring on his fourth three of the night. As Parker gets an offensive rebound to close the score to 7 with less then 4 minutes left I heard cheers from the sideline and noticed WTKB clapping so I see who they prefer to play in the next round. So I’m not sure if they want to fight or ask for each other out but after the game all was good as Wilmer Hill takes the win.

WTKB Take Down EverQuote With Ease

It’s win or go home time and WTKB is playing well early behind the strong play of Nelson and Marcus. But they are letting Euesden do way too much work on the inside and he has almost all of Everqutoes points and is looking for more. Nobody is putting a body on him and it might come back to bite them as Everquote is content with feeding him the ball and getting out the way. Very nice spin move for two from Kordonna which gets him going; hitting his next attempt for three. His passing skills is proven to be useful as he gets Milhouse and Chimmy layups. Then the kid goes on a shooting spree from three after dancing with whomever is guarding him weakening their ankles at every turn. But Everquote will not give up as Yates gets hot hitting on every made three Kordonna would make for WTKB. Yates is playing his heart out but is running out of time due to not being able to stop The Kordonna show. This one is over and WTKB pulled out the win.
