Charity Basketball Tournament 6/15/19 - You Choose Your Charity! | CAC Open Thread | Discussion

I’m hosting a charity basketball tournament on June 15th at Starland Sportsplex in Hanover and we’re looking for a couple more 5v5 and 3v3 teams. This will be the 4th year running the basketball tournament and it’s been a ton of fun in years past.

 

The cool thing about the tournament is that you pick the charity you want to represent, and if you win, you win some major money for your charity, as well as a prize for you and your teammates (Sam Adams Deck Red Sox Tickets & CYC swag). The 5v5 winning charity will receive over $6,000 and the 3v3 winning charity will receive over $2,000.

 

The basketball competition is always great, ranging from average men’s pickup skill to teams with multiple ex college athletes – plus food, music, 3 point competition, skills competitions, etc.
