    After taking the late lead in the first half, Industrial Economics dominated in the second half to win the Corporate East Finals 58-46.

    Dan Bready started off hot, as he scored the first seven points for Healy Financial to take the 7-3 lead. Ben Silton hit a three-pointer to tie the game at 13-13. A 10-foot jumper from Chris Smith put Industrial Economics up 21-17. Bready hit a three-point shot from the top of the arc to cut the lead to 21-20. A three from Mason Gloudemans tied the game 25-25 with 2:32 left to play. Industrial Economics tied ended the half on a 5-1 run to take the 30-26 edge.

    In the second half, three free throws from SIlton expanded the lead to 40-30 after a lane violation on a missed free throw on his first shot attempt for Gloudemans. A layup from Gloudemans cut the lead to 51-43 to cap off an 8-0 run when Industrial Economics missed five straight free throws.

    Jeff Derr led Industrial Economics with 24 points and 14 rebounds. He also was 10-of-11 from the free throw line. Silton added 19 points and made 7-of-11 from the charity stripe.

    Bready scored 16 of his game-high 25 points in the first half. He tried to do too much in the second half and ultimately did not reach the 30-point plateau for the first time this postseason. Chapin Bennett finished with 10 points.
